Senior Ui/Ux Designer

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and creative practitioner with a desire to grow as our Senior UI/UX Designer and work within our team to create world-class customer experiences that improve business performance and enhance our customer's experience while showcasing the noissue brand.

5+ years experience in UI design with a strong understanding of UX
Experience in e-commerce/platform or relevant user journeys and experiences
Strong ability to analyse, problem solve and articulate your rationale
Capacity to think holistically about a noissue's customers'/users' needs
Desire to connect and empathise with others
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Highly motivated with a desire to grow and lead a team
Ability to collaborate with others
Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Omnigraffle
Experience with quantitative & qualitative feedback tools such as Google Analytics and NPS a plus
Experience working closely with Product and Development teams a plus
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
A high attention for detail and a strong understanding of brand
Engaging presentation style and strong writing skills
