Working alongside a talented team that includes an Associate, two Registered Legal Executives, and a Trust Administrator, for senior candidates with leadership experience there is a pathway to Partnership.This position offers a diverse and rewarding workload across trusts, estates, and succession planning.
Key responsibilities include advising on trust creation, restructuring, and administration, managing deceased estates and wills, and handling complex asset structuring and protection matters.
You'll also provide guidance on contentious trust and estate issues, residential care subsidies, and applications under the Protection of Personal Property Rights Act.In this role, you'll enjoy a blend of professional growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
