The key link between marketing and sales.At its core, the role is to manage the trade activation activities of the portfolio of brands within a defined region or channel in a manner that profitably results in consumer?s actively preferring to purchase Endeavour brands in the categories we choose to participateDue to the continued growth ambitions for their brands, they are looking to add to the Marketing team with an experienced and commercial individual who is looking to grow their career in an exceptional working environment.About you:
Relevant work experience in consumer goods trade marketing or brand/product management roles
Experience developing and implementing trade marketing plans; including clear channel/customer strategies and plans to grow market share, volume, revenue and create sustainable competitive advantage
Expertise in brand performance analysis and identifying market & category insights through market share data and other available research tools
Ability to develop promotional strategies & plans
Ability to develop strong sell-in stories and range review proposals
Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills
Strong influencing and presentation skills
