JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Technical Analyst to join our leadership team within our T Galleria store. Responsible for the leadership of the local Infrastructure Technical Services teams and the day-to-day operation and monitoring of computer systems, servers, email environment, voice and data communication networks, personal computers, printers, and store systems that support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for infrastructure equipment installation, development, support and maintenance
Create project plans and strategies for infrastructure implementation and support
Continually improve LBS and support model for key business systems to achieve cost effectiveness and higher productivity
Manage SLAs for Infrastructure Support in compliance with KPIs that will provide IT service quality, reliability and robustness in line with business needs and expectations
Maintain and define strategic relationships with vendors for sustained Quality of Service
Assist in the management of the IT budget. This includes but is not limited to negotiation on hardware and software contracts, repairs and maintenance of all computer equipment
Contributes to the Global team and assists in the design and implementation of global infrastructure foundations
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in technical support position
Strong background in managing, implementing and deploying infrastructure technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong customer focus
Ability to management multiple projects at any given time
Experience in setting up Point Of Sale (POS) terminals
Possess strong Knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP network administration
Strong interpersonal skills and skills in managing vendor relationships
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of current IT industry trends
Management of outsourced IT resources
