Senior Systems Engineer

Dunedin, OtagoPlatinum Recruitment is excited to present this opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer for opportunities based in Dunedin and Queenstown. Due to continued growth, our partner is looking for a senior member to provide technical support to key clients.You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business services. It will be a priory to build resilience, ensure security and maintain operations. You will also help consider, evaluate and implement new IT technology and services for the business.
Complimenting your strong technical capability, you will have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate well thought out solutions in a business environment.
Key Skills:
5+ years of enterprise experience, relevant degree, and Microsoft Certification
Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure and Office 365) - BAU and Project work as required
Proven experience providing 1st to 3rd level support as an SSE for core business apps and experience providing technical network support (LAN, WAN)
Proven hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack of services/ products including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, software, and hardware
Excel in a high-pressure dynamic environment
Excellent documentation capabilities maintaining all policies and procedures
Solid communications and stakeholder engagement
