The a2 Milk Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our end-to-end supply chain operations and help drive continuous improvement through data and analytics.Working closely with the Group Supply Chain Manager in Auckland, you'll play a key supporting role in day-to-day supply chain activities, supply and distribution processes, inventory planning, and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.More specifically you will be involved in:Analytical Tasks – Data collation, creating and maintaining models to track supply chain efficiency and identify improvement opportunitiesReporting – Generate meaningful reports with your Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including inventory analysis, vendor performance reviews and ad-hoc reportsSupply Chain – Assist inpurchasing, planning and export logistics process where required Projects – assist in the implementation of supply chain projects to support business objectives.
Assist Oracle automation transactions, master data, enhancement setup testing, and other activities where requiredStakeholder management – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and logistics partners More about you;You will have 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the Dairy, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.Experience working on Oracle, SAP or other ERP will be highly regarded.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
