Our Takapau Secondary Butchery department has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person interested in joining our supervisory team as a Senior Supervisor. This position reports to the Production Manager, has a number of direct reports and is critical in organising and planning the production of the lamb boning process at this site. This role is night shift with hours of work from 3pm to 1am.

The Senior Supervisor Secondary Butchery will be responsible for all boning room operations, health and safety, food safety compliance, personnel management and production projects when required. Key performance areas of this role will be to focus on quality, yields, and health and safety, alongside engaging our workforce to produce quality products that meet our customer's expectations and achieve throughputs that enhance efficiencies.
