Who You Are

Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with a focus on web design and development projects.
Familiarity with Webflow is highly preferred but not required.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities or client needs.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work that aligns with client goals and expectations.
Who You Are

3+ years of experience in a digital or creative agency, including 1+ years in a senior account or project management role.
Proven track record managing long-term retainer clients or ongoing partnerships, consistently meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage stakeholders, and drive client satisfaction.
Strategic and consultative mindset, capable of turning client goals into actionable digital strategies.
Highly collaborative but also self-motivated and comfortable owning responsibilities.
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining quality and clarity.
Confident using tools like Webflow, Slack, Figma, and project management platforms/software.
A passion for digital, design, and helping clients grow through impactful experiences.
Experience in web design & development agencies.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (Webflow).
Digital strategy or CRO experience.
Understanding of CRO, SEO, or digital performance metrics.
What You'll Be Doing

Own and lead strategic client relationships for retainer accounts, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact.
Drive client retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, optimizing delivery, and proactively recommending solutions that align with business goals.
Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies, collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality execution.
Lead roadmap planning and performance tracking, keeping initiatives aligned with client priorities and business objectives.
Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress, manage expectations, and adjust plans as needed.
Define and manage scopes, goals, and deliverables, while identifying risks early and resolving issues proactively.
Ensure exceptional client experience through clear communication, aligned expectations, and consistent value delivery.
