You'll work on technically interesting projects, guide a tight-knit team, and build trusted partnerships with clients who value straight answers and quality outcomes.In this role, you'll: Lead diverse, meaningful projects from client query to delivery Manage project budgets and timelines effectively Build strong, trusted client relationships through good communication and dependable advice Mentor and support our team of structural engineers Set a high bar for quality and communication across the board Contributing to the development and improvement of engineering processesYou'll bring: 8+ years of structural experience (additional civil experience is preferable) A positive, open mindset toward evolving tools and technologies A sharp eye for detail and a clear, calm approach to leadership Strong client-facing skills - you speak their language A deep understanding of New Zealand engineering and building standards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)status with EngNZWe offer flexibility, growth, and a culture built on integrity, empathy, and technical excellence.
