Senior Strategy Manager - Home Lending Transformation (6-Month Contract)We have an opening for an outstanding leader to join ASB's Lend and Protect (L&P) Tribe on a 6-month fixed term bases.Deliver on winning strategies that help accelerate the digitise and automation of home lending origination at ASB.Impactful execution plans and multi-year roadmaps that enable the NextLend workstream to deliver on our 10-minute home loan ambition.Benefits analysis for future deliverables to inform priority.As part of the Home Lending Transformation (NextLend) workstream, you will work with the NextLend leads team and key stakeholders to develop and execute on strategies to accelerate the digitization and automation of home lending origination at ASB.Lead strategy work from problem development through to solution and execution strategy for the NextLend workstream.Analyse data to compile strategic insights and filter information into what is relevant and appropriate and use judgement and business acumen to ensure our strategy is aligned for maximum impact.Use local and global market sensing / market scanning to provide insight into opportunities and threats to our businessBuild relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our business and combine this knowledge with insight and analysis to develop strategic responses.Cut through strategic challenges, develop tactical plans and strategic responsesIf the opportunity to change the way our customers experience home lending origination at ASB sounds exciting, then this role is for you.You have extensive experience in financial services and technology strategy, with an innovation mindset.You are someone who can adopt a strategic view, enable others to share a vision for the future, and balance delivering new experiences with optimising what already exists.You are articulate and provide clarity, so others are clear about the work that needs to be delivered and are empowered to do it.You are excellent at collaborating with other teams to deliver value.You have an ability to harness your own knowledge of data, digital experiences and technology to connect teams to deliver business benefit and improve decision making.You know the importance of regulatory compliance and proactive risk management and have a solid understanding of how to manage risk within your organisation.You are results driven and have experience measuring value against business metrics.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau?
