Details of the offer

More than one million people visit Department of Conservation (DOC) visitor sites across the country annually. As the country's largest tourism experience provider, DOC, has become more strategic and forward thinking in visitor management and experience design.
Protect, Connect and Thrive are three key drivers DOC's Heritage & Visitor thinking and these values provide the backbone in supporting experience design, visitor planning and rolling out new systems and processes across all levels within the Department.

You will be able to show that you:
Think and act strategically, and embed, implement and engage others internally and externally in DOC's vision and strategy
