Your ImpactBased in our Talent Delivery Centre (TDC) in Auckland, you will play a senior role in our professional sourcing team for our high-profile RPO client, Vodafone. You will become an expert in a portfolio of roles, responsible for attracting high quality candidates utilising bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies. This will be driven through a range of methods including advertising and channel optimisation, pro-active approaches and tapping into portfolio-specific networks. You’ll then work closely to support the onsite Recruitment Business Partners and present the shortlist to the Hiring Manager, offering insights and advice.
Some of the other key responsibilities include:
The continued development of job-specific talent pools
Sourcing for all levels within the technology and digital space
Building strong relationships with Recruitment Business Partners, your sourcing colleagues, the wider TDC and Korn Ferry teams
Delivery of added-value and continuous improvement initiatives
This unique role also offers the opportunity to work, at times, onsite at the Vodafone offices with Recruitment Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
While this is a 12-month fixed term contract, we anticipate this could progress to further opportunities within Korn Ferry for the right candidate. Korn Ferry RPO is experiencing significant growth and, as such, we are always looking to retain and develop exceptional talent.
About YouShowcasing your recruitment and talent sourcing experience – whether it’s from an agency, in-house or another RPO – you’ll be able to leverage your knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll utilise your strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and use your communication skills to keep all of your stakeholders informed along the way.

At least three years’ recruitment experience in the technology and digital space
Prior proactive/strategic sourcing experience is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
