About the role:
In this role - you'll be working with your squad towards technical solutions which advance our platform's capability while working within established frameworks and best practices.
On the daily, your role will include:
Being involved in building integrations between Identity And Access Management and other key systems/applications through customization or development.
Working with cross functional teams & technology leaders to develop business solutions inclusive of IAM systems, custom applications and different technologies
Assisting in providing technical support to different application teams/developers
About you:

With regards to background, you will need the following capabilities:
Strong technical understanding and 2+ years' experience of Identity and Access management solutions using the IBM product suite (ISAM-reverse proxy, DSC, Directory Server and DB2).
Practical experience of designing & customizing IBM's IAM solution or developing IAM applications using the JAVA programming language.
Exposure and understanding of OAuth, SAML 2 and Advance Access Control (specifically Federation module) to customize, design, develop and implement solution as per requirements.
Experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, JDBC, SQL.
Strong experience with one of the following; IBM Directory Server, Active Directory, Novell e-Directory, or CA Directory
Knowledge of micro service architecture, API development and agile process
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems/complex issues
Experience in managing IT solution deployments through the full system development lifecycle, including roadmaps, solution requirements, solution architecture and supporting business processes/workflows.
Assisting in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
Experience in handling production environment issues and queries
Familiarity with agile, automation, CI/CD and DevOps development practises
Experience with Windows and/or Linux administration with knowledge of command line utilities
Exposure to EAI, TAM Registry API, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty etc. will be beneficial
