About the role:

We’re looking for a technically minded and customer-focussed Senior Software Engineer to join our Development team in our hardworking and multi-faceted IT function. Reporting to the Software Development Manager you will assist in the design, development, and documentation of software required to meet our product roadmaps and strategy for our customers.

This role will work in an iterative approach in collaboration with the product team to understand requirements and deliver solutions using agile and continuous delivery principles.

You will also be responsible for supporting and enhancing existing production software to continuously improve the overall user experience.

About you:

You are passionate about software development, keeping up with industry trends and will use your desire for knowledge-sharing as a great platform to join our capable team.

Our ideal candidate has experience coding within large scale enterprise solutions and must have worked in a cloud-based environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

6+ years of experience in software engineering including time in a senior role
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent
Strong technical knowledge of software design patterns
Experience with agile product delivery
Significant coding, and test automation experience in full software development lifecycle
Worked with .Net, Python, SQL databases, containers and cloud technologies
Web & mobile app development experience advantageous
