Senior Site Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Site Manager to join the Cook Brothers Construction team in the Auckland Region.The role is well-suited for someone who excels within a collaborative team environment and has a strong track record of successful delivery projects from start to finish.As a leader, you will mentor and guide the Cook Brothers Construction site team and trade partners whilst working closely with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on Commercial build projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategically planning and effectively managing the programLiaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service qualityLead and assist the team both on the tools and/or off the tools to meet project demands and timelinesMitigating Risks with a solution-based approachReporting on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budgetMeeting Key Performance Objectives of the projectConstruction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts for self and the teamSub-contractor managementCoach and mentor your team to deliver high quality outcomes to support the delivery of on time and on budgetAttend and lead site meeting and lead toolbox meetingsAbout You:We are an innovative company committed to offering outstanding professional and career development opportunities.
