Senior Site Manager

ACRWORLD are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a leading contractor operating in Melbourne. The business has an exceptional reputation for delivering technically challenging projects and a stable team that has secured a unique project in Melbourne. You will be the Senior Site Manager member tasked with the delivery of this project.

You will need to be an extremely confident and experienced individual that is able to effectively manage the operational and commercial teams to deliver projects under tight programmes. The business primarily operates in the Education, Healthcare, Civic, and commercial space.

The candidate
Proven track record with tier 1 or 2 contractors in Melbourne
Solid tenure with previous employers & client references
Local sub-contractor relationships and understanding of supply chain
A proven track record in the delivery of projects over $50m
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to interface with client effectively
Able to work Saturdays and out of hours if necessary on certain projects
