Permanent position
$55 - 65K per annum
Porirua City Centre
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm + rotational on call shifts
The Company
This industry leading healthcare provider is looking for someone to join their dynamic New Zealand team. If successful you would be part of a small, driven team servicing both internal and external stakeholders on all IT issues. Based in the centre of Porirua, this role is in a fantastic location for those looking to stay outside the CBD, with lots of opportunities to further grow your technical capability.
The Role
This role is a hybrid, senior service desk analyst role involving;
Everything from Level 1 to Level 3 support and troubleshooting.
First Call Resolutions - this is a small team with no point of escalation. You are responsible for resolving all tickets.
Phone Support - PABX administration
Desktop and Software Support - Hardware builds and deployment
Server Support - Patching as required
Documentation - Maintaining knowledge base and proactive process improvement
The Applicant
With the wide reaching remit of this team, any successful candidate must be adaptable and happy to be both on the phones and behind the scenes, taking ownership of problems and incidents collectively. We are looking for individuals with the following skillset;
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Proactive self-starter
Collaborative team player, able to work independently also
Attention to detail and ability to retain information quickly
Proud customer service delivery
Experience across Service Desk/Desktop/System Administration
Experience within the Healthcare industry beneficial
All candidates must have NZ residency or citizenship and clear criminal history.
