You have the drive and vision to embed Salesforce into our sales team and grow the adoption of the tool by building strong relationships with the team and identifying areas of improvements to ensure Salesforce is an enabler to our sales team.Working closely with business owners, SMEs, our Business Solutions team and wider ICT colleagues, you will be seen as a trusted business advisor and change-champion, embedding governance and streamlining annual maintenance activities related to the Salesforce solution.
The role will research, design, implement, and support all Salesforce activities working with a team of local and regional experts.
Using both business process and system knowledge, the role will proactively promote continuous improvement that will benefit our sales team.The role lies within our Business Solutions & Support team, within the Lead to Cash domain.You will bring the following to the role:Great sales process knowledge5 years + Salesforce administrator experience and knowledge of integration with external systemsExperience of maintaining governance processes across global ICT partners and customersKey stakeholder management and the ability to influence your business partnersYou are excited to join a team who challenges the status quo, using design thinking to help the business identify the problem and ensure the solution is relevant and future proofed.
You will be confident in working with cross functional team members to design, develop, implement, and support the business.About The RoleAs a senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of the Lead to Cash Domain, working alongside Salesforce and SAP experts across the value chain.
You will partner with business solution and process experts to champion change.
You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and seek to understand the problem that is being faced to ensure any solution implemented is the right one.A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Sales cloud experience with end-to-end project implementation experienceExperience of implementing and maintaining governance processes across global customersBusiness as Usual (BAU) experience with change control and ongoing release managementSolid communication skills, including executive engagementA continuous Improvement mindsetWork in global organization with various time-zonesAbility to travel globally, when requiredWe offer an empowering environment with a commitment to doing the right thing.
