We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator. You will be joining a busy and growing team in Sydney's East. This role will see you responsible for maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders internal and external whilst delivering a high level of operational and administrative support.
This position will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
Coordinating Sales and Account Management teams by completing quotations/tenders, utilising the CRM system and communicating relevant information
Customer follow through on inbound phone, e-mail and event enquiries
Providing sales and administrative support to assist the Sales and Account Management teams in attaining sales targets
Maintain the coordination of LinkedIn Articles and LinkedIn Groups
Coordinate the processing of all new sales leads with external sales team
Achieving quarterly and annual targets
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Coordination or Administration role
Fantastic communication and presentation
Great planning and organisational skills
A strong understanding of the Sales Cycle
Strong research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to convey information to a wide range of people in a clear and concise manner
Multi-tasking skills are essential
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Strong technical skills including the full MS Office suite
