Senior Risk Advisor Commercial
What can you expect?
The prime responsibility for the Senior Risk Advisor is to assist Client Executives in all aspects of client service, including face to face client contact, administration, technical support and business development.
In association with the Marsh Client Operations (MCo) where applicable to ensure the accurate, efficient and timely production of all clients, insurer and policy related documentation.
Whilst growing and managing your own SME book of business.
The role requires someone who is a team player and who strives to achieve the best outcomes for both the client and our Company.

We will count on you to :
Service a client portfolio of predominantly NZ-owned businesses, meeting growth targets and service standards.
Prepare all necessary documentation for clients and insurers.
Manage client renewals in line with Marsh's Client First Principles to ensure consistent quality service.
Attend industry and client events to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
Collaborate with Client Executives to understand clients' business, risk management, and insurance needs.
Implement renewal and broking strategies as directed by Client Executives.
Assist in developing account retention and defense strategies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance offered by the company.
What you need to have :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
New Zealand Certificate in Financial Advice (Level 5).
A minimum of 2+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in broking.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
