Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-regarded construction company in Christchurch on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Senior QS in New Zealand's commercial construction sector Strong knowledge of NZS3910 and local contract admin practices Confident managing variations, cost reporting, and subcontractor claims Able to work independently and support project delivery Available to start ASAP Based in Christchurch (or able to be) Why apply?
