About You

You have exceptional communication skills, a collaborative, supportive and team oriented approach to leadership, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You thrive under pressure, showing tenacity and persistence, and have strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Bids and Commercial, you will manage and coordinate the diverse bid team to develop winning proposals that successfully convert tender opportunities into new contracts for Serco. You will provide leadership and direction, acting as the key mentor for all bid managers, bid writers and bid administrators. You will leverage your keen attention to detail and passion for producing graphically appealing innovative work to review and monitor all bid submissions. You will manage the bid production process to ensure that the bid response is delivered to the required quality, on time and on budget, and work with the Business Development Manager / Director and technical and sector experts to develop a winning operational solution.
