As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsResponsible for preparation of project management plans, programmes, budgets and other key project deliverablesReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackChairing project meetings with clients and consultantsManaging internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract riskBuilding the business through engagement, marketing and tendering activitiesQualificationsM&E / Commissioning experience on large highly serviced buildings (Hospitals, Labs, Data Centres etc) (essential)Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.Project Management Experience (essential)Data Centre Construction/Commissioning experience (particularly desirable)
