Senior Project Manager | Consultancy

The Role

Set direction and manage the end to end delivery of multiple projects including planning, design management, tendering, cost control and reporting, providing support and advisory services
Establish accountable relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and partners
Generate construction programmes to ensure detailed planning of safety, resources, time, costs and quality
Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Deliver your project(s) to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality

Must Haves:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent tertiary experience in Property/Construction/Engineering Management
Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working in a Client focussed consultancy environment
A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
Business development experience or aptitude is a preference.
