Job Description
A Senior Project Manager at SG Digital is required to have experience of managing software development and delivery to third party customers via an Agile framework. Key requirements of the role are the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships while preserving the interests of SG Digital and the ability to motivate, coach and continuously drive improvement across the project team of around 30 people
.
What you will be doing as a Senior Project Manager at SG Digital:
Manage all aspects of agile project delivery and resource allocation
Provide day-to-day customer liaison and be responsible for relationship management, project management and delivery
Work in conjunction with the Account Director, Delivery Director and Development Manager to drive continuous improvements to the SDLC
Drive the implementation of continuous improvement, enhancing the quality of communication, processes and deliverables
Coach the team to effectively apply Agile methodologies
Escalate and act upon commercial issues and potential business opportunities
Prepare/review internal and customer reports
Identify and manage risks across the account
Manage project finances, including forecasting and customer invoicing
Qualifications

Strong experience in an agile project management role in a software development environment
Experience in external client facing roles and good communication skills
Experience adapting and improving project delivery processes
Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles
Good people management and stakeholder skills, providing enthusiastic leadership
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Flexibility and the ability to respond to rapidly changing situations
