This role will suit a self-starter, who is naturally curious and prepared to get into the detail whilst having strong stakeholder management and strategy experience.This role will be the voice of the customer and champion business value and customer experience, coupled with the ability to deliver exceptional outcomes. With a deep understanding of online retail, customers, business processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing the product vision, formulating the strategy and product roadmap, stakeholder engagement and working in a cross-functional team to deliver our next-generation retail experience!There will be a level of ambiguity you will need to be comfortable with, coupled with the complexity of the airline environment and the pace at which we work. Your curious nature will help you drive outcomes, and you will have demonstrated that you can work with a broad set of stakeholders, building trust and partnerships across a wide group.Our successful candidate:Must have strong experience leading and/or managing eCommerce and retailing digital platforms.Has a proven track record of taking ownership, strong stakeholder management, driving the product vision, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.Experience in driving business cases and managing the RFP process.Experience in offer and order management, and/or product catalogue management.Puts an internal and external customer lens on all that you do.Has a unique balance of vision and pragmatism.
