This includes developing new propositions; transforming and simplifying the existing product set and pricing strategies; understanding market drivers to ensure product profitability; and managing the product life cycle.This is an exciting new role within the Kiwibank Strategy and Innovation team.What we're looking for:Senior level experience in leading the customer and commercial performance of international product portfolios in the Financial Services IndustryStrong experience in designing and executing product strategy and roadmaps and a track record of strong commercial performanceA deep understanding of the New Zealand financial services industry, local and global market and technology developments and an ability to translate emerging trends and technologies into opportunitiesDemonstrable relationship management and influencing skills, both internally and externally, with experience in leveraging partnerships to deliver successful commercial outcomesExperience in leading teams, driving a high-performance and achievement-orientated culture, and coaching people to develop, grow and succeedExpertise in managing and developing product and channel capabilities to serve customer needs and grow the profitability and performance of the portfolioExperience working with global outsourced partnersAt Kiwibank we're all about making Kiwis better off.
