We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital customer experience platforms.Reporting to the Head of Digital Portfolio & Strategy, you'll own and enhance key digital products, including:Engage Platform (Light & Wonder)Loyalty Applications & SystemsThis is an exciting opportunity to create seamless, engaging digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction, drive loyalty, and align with our broader digital transformation vision.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the digital customer experience strategy, ensuring alignment with business and CX objectives.Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap, balancing scalability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key customer-facing digital platforms, driving product vision, prioritisation, and execution.Collaborate cross-functionally with ICT, marketing, gaming, and customer teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring product roadmaps align with business needs and contract commitments.Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and iterative improvements.Oversee risk management and compliance, ensuring regulatory standards and security requirements are met.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in digital customer experience, loyalty, or omnichannel platforms.Strong background in vendor-supplied software solutions and third-party system integrations.Expertise in Agile product management, including backlog prioritisation and release planning.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business, technical, and customer needs.Experience working with customer insights, engagement metrics, and analytics to inform product decisions.Familiarity with mobile applications, digital transformation, and customer engagement tools.A strategic thinker who can also execute and drive tangible outcomes in a fast-paced environment.This role is more than just a job - it's a chance to lead a critical digital transformation that will redefine our customer experience.
