We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Re-engineer current and develop new operational processes and procedures for all areas of the branch
Provide operational process advice and recommendations informed by a sound understanding of process design methodologies and practices, rigorous analysis, data analytics, effective quality assurance and consistent best practice
Provide business process engineering leadership/input into the development of product, services and channel blueprints
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of newly developed operational process and business practices for branch services
Operational policy development is informed by process design and analysis
Planning, monitoring and reporting requirements are utilised to inform business decisions
Business units are enabled by clear process and procedures
Lead and support the delivery of process design projects or work programmes that put the customer and staff at the centre within the branch and with other branches and agencies
Continuously build knowledge and expertise of methodologies and practices to re-engineer existing process and design new process
Proactively identify and assess risks associated with the design of new process and reengineering of existing process
Proven experience designing new process to transform an organisation and meet business and customer needs
Experience using LEAN re-engineering methodology and practice
Ability to think beyond immediate issues, to consider the long-term and broader implications, and clearly identify what needs to be done
Can communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences using a variety of methods, written, oral and through presentations
Ability to work across many stakeholders on the development of process design and improvement to achieve high quality and fit for purpose solutions
Ability to identify risks and effective mitigation and consistently use sound judgement on complex and critical issues
Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work programmes, resources and workloads effectively to ensure project results are delivered on time, to specification and within budget
Ability to interpret legislation and other technical information
