The Senior PMO Coordinator role will provide a high level of administrative support to enable effective delivery of ACC’s change portfolio.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Coordinator to join ACC's Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO is responsible for enabling teams to deliver business outcomes against ACC's enterprise plan. The PMO achieves this by providing delivery teams with fit for purpose methods and tools through a partnership and advisory approach.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent administration and organisational skills, and proven experience working in either a PMO or programme environment. You will also have technical skills in supporting portfolio and project management toolsets, and a customer centric approach in engaging with delivery teams. Finally, being able to continuously improve and adapt to change will be critical to your success in this role.
The successful candidate must also have a good eye for detail and excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:Championing and supporting the use of ACC portfolio, programme, project and agile delivery methods, processes, and tools.
Acting as a primary contact point for PMO queries and information.
Undertaking system administration for PMO toolsets to ensure integrity of information and effective support for end users.
Event management and coordination for ACC’s quarterly synchronised Programme Increment (PI) planning workshop.
Coordination of key PMO reporting for ACC Executive and Board consideration.
Providing secretarial support for governance forums.
