Join us on this transformational journey of delivering tailored and quality healthcare service that meets the needs of our diverse Aotearoa.Job DescriptionAbout the Mahi (Role)Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapist looking to advance your career in a supportive and collaborative environment?Look no further... an exceptional opportunity awaits you to join our Lower Hutt team as a Senior Physiotherapist.You will take the lead in mentoring and guiding our junior physiotherapists within our integrated rehabilitation team.
You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring the team delivers outstanding rehabilitation services.You must embrace a collaborative approach to patient care by working closely with a fully integrated team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise therapists, hand therapists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals.You will work under a number of ACC contracts including the new Integrated Care Pathway, Pain Management, Concussion, and Training for Independence programmes.
You will also act as the lead provider for some of these contracts.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of effective care pathways for enhanced patient outcomes.You must uphold our commitment to delivering excellent rehabilitation services with a patient-centric focus and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients through comprehensive and compassionate care.This role is full-time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
However, we can offer flexibility in work hours for the right candidate.You will be supported by our Clinic Manager and will be a valued key member of our team.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouThis is a clinical role; therefore, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and a minimum of 5 years clinical experience ideally in musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy.A postgraduate qualification in musculoskeletal physiotherapy is preferred.
