Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeBenefits: Medical insurance, on site cafe, discounts ++A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our People and Culture team.This role provides support to the P&C Advisors and P&C Managers, resolving ER and HR matters and escalating more complex issues to the P&C Business Partners or P&C Managers where appropriate.Responsibilities:Provide support to Managers and P&C Managers on all HR activitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersLead low to medium level disciplinary and formal processes end to endSupport the development of the P&C AdvisorsIdentify opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement where possibleTo be successful in this position you will possess the following:Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices3+ years experience in providing front line HR/ER support in a large, unionised organisationExperience in running disciplinary processes and handling complex ER issuesAbility to coach and mentor P&C AdvisorsA proactive, solution focused approach to challengesAt SkyCity, our career opportunities are as diverse as our workforce.
