About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our fantastic team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that foster a positive work culture and support the achievement of RHCNZ's overarching strategic objectives. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will be relied upon to deliver sound strategic advice and support. Working within a tight-knit team, you will establish strong connections with the region you partner with, to enable the development of impactful people and culture strategies and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a P&C Advisor/Senior P&C Advisor Utilising data insights to enhance decision making and workforce planning Collaborating closely with senior leadership to evaluate and implement people-focused initiatives Offer pragmatic guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation, and proactively address arising issues Support leader-led change management endeavours, implementing strategies to ensure seamless transitions Support the delivery of effective performance management frameworks, conducting assessments, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing targeted interventions to enhance workforce productivity Work with the Head of People & Culture to develop and implement people and culture strategies About You: You will be a commercially savvy HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team. You will also demonstrate: The ability to develop and implement people and culture strategies that drive organisational performance and a positive culture Outstanding communication and influencing skills Experience across ER, workforce planning, change management, remuneration and reward and performance management That you can navigate ambiguity with ease, responding to changing business needs and adjusting people and culture strategies accordingly Your commitment to actively supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives across our organisation Strong leadership; you will be dedicated to growing the capability of others If you're passionate about making a difference in the workplace and driving organisational success through effective people and culture initiatives, we want to welcome you into our team.
