This role will see you partner closely with our People & Culture Manager in Australia and work across a trans-Tasman portfolio.
You'll support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate with a specialist team spanning talent, learning, workplace relations, payroll, and organisation development.
Your mahi will help strengthen engagement, uplift leadership, and build a safe and inclusive culture that enables performance on both sides of the Tasman.
What you'll be doing: Guiding and coaching leaders through employment matters, with a focus on performance, conduct, and compliance Supporting organisational change and capability uplift, particularly around performance, an inclusive and member-centric culture Leading initiatives that bring our people strategy to life—from onboarding through to retention and development Driving reskilling and learning efforts to future-proof our people and help them thrive in a world shaped by AI and continuous change Bringing people data to the table to support better decisions and real outcomes ABOUT YOU - HE KORERO MOU You don't need to tick every box—but if the following sounds like you, we'd love to korero: You bring 5+ years of generalist HR experience, including time spent operating at a senior advisory or business partner level You have solid knowledge of employment law across Aotearoa and Australia, and you're confident navigating ER/IR complexity You're experienced in WHS systems and proactive risk management You lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and coach with purpose You're digitally fluent and excited about how AI and data can support better people experiences You're comfortable stepping into ambiguity and influencing teams to embrace accountability, growth, and new ways of working Most importantly—you bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to create lasting change through people WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - NOU TE ROUROU When you join us, you become part of a values-led organisation that cares deeply about its people.
