As a Senior Partner you will lead an integrated team of Partners (Relationship Managers) and Associates to deliver exceptional sales and service to BNZ Partners customers. A key focus of the role is to identify and increase revenue opportunities from existing and new clients within the property sector. This senior role reports into the Managing Partner and is an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with the Head of Property Finance.About You:This position is a key role within BNZ Partners and as such requires someone with strong commercial acumen, resilience and influencing skills. You will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams, preferably gained within a customer facing, sales oriented environment within the financial services industry.
