If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the RoleAs a Senior Operations Performance Analyst reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll play a crucial role in improving business performance through data-driven strategies, route optimisation, cost control, and resource management.What You'll Be Doing:Optimising business processes to improve service levels and drive operational efficiency.Developing and implementing performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Leading logistics planning and route optimisation for efficient fleet utilisation.Managing scheduling for collections and bin maintenance programmes.Identifying cost-saving initiatives to enhance sustainability and profitability.Driving operational reporting frameworks, dashboards, and trend analysis.Supporting strategic decisions with business case development and financial modelling.Collaborating with key stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.Leading operational improvement projects and ensuring HSEQ compliance.QualificationsAbout youA degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.Ideally 5+ years of experience in operations performance, business analysis, or strategic planning.Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation (Power BI, Excel).Expertise in route optimisation, fleet utilisation, and logistics analytics.Proven ability to influence key business decisions and drive continuous improvement.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Financial modelling and cost analysis experience.We are looking for an individual who can think strategically about solutions, has strong personal motivation, is results driven, detail oriented, and acts with a high level of professionalism.
