About the role
As a Senior Operations Intelligence Specialist, you will gather, organise and analyse data which will contribute to various internal operational performance reports and insights. From time to time you will provide assistance with external reports for customers, service providers and vendors. You will work with several types of data, including both internal and external data.
Your core role as a Senior Operations Intelligence Specialist will be to support our metering team gathering various data sets for dashboards to help identify insights and optimization opportunities. This role will also be accountable to display the right data and more importantly finding the insights to make recommendations to improve AMS performance.
In additional, this role will produce performance reports, customer and vendor analysis, web analytics, and secondary research as needed. Alongside operational responsibility, ad-hoc reporting and project work, you will provide additional scope in a role sure to test your analytical and inquisitive mind!
Who we are looking for
Your technical skillset in the areas of Oracle database management, SQL and PL/SQL is a MUST. It’s essential you have a good technical aptitude and experience with analytical toolsets such as SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Cognos, Splunk or Application Express is a must. You have advanced data mining, query development, and data extraction skillset. You’ve got great communications skills, can manage multiple internal & external stakeholders, you’re self-motivated and a real team player.
