In this business-critical role, you will be leading the brand strategy in Asia, defining and delivering robust integrated brand initiatives based on in-depth consumer and market understanding, reporting to Senior Marketing Director. Responsibilities Responsible for portfolio deployment, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity Accountable for new product development, brand concepts including packaging designs to ensure category planning and brand growth through managing the local product adaptations Manage carefully and develop timeline for multiple packaging projects of the brand across the year. Keep all stakeholders regularly updated on the progress of development and flag issues on time. Including formulation changes, innovations and seasonal SKUs. Coordinate with different stakeholders to qualify the product and package and update stakeholders on packaging ready launch timeline across markets. Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits and guide local brand team for execution Develop and support team in effective and efficient realization of regional brand strategy with strong innovation master plan, and holistic brand campaigns with optimized media mix especially new launches Provide technical and commercial support to the business development & marketing team, assisting in solving their technical challenges relating to brand constraints Provide product and technical training to internal teams and customers for the brands. Analyze data and recommend action plan to drive Qualifications Minimum of eight years' relevant experience in regional brand management Prior experience in managing a regional portfolio in FMCG industry Experience in a related industry (e.g. Pharmaceutical/Printing) will be advantageous Good to have: Strong creative, organisational, interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task Highly meticulous and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; brand growth with ongoing tracking of brand performance, sharing brand performance on a regular basis with the business development and marketing team Close collaborations with a cross-functional team Company information Registration No. 200906645C Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
