Will you join us?The Role:Reporting to the CEO, and part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:Driving growth, excellence and safety across Project Delivery, Mechanical, Fabrication, Machining and Industrial Coatings teams.Leading, motivating, developing direct reports and overall organisation, elevating MB Century's profile and building cohesive, engaged, and productive teams.Owning and driving best practice, quality, continuous improvement and innovations across all service functionsDeveloping team specific business strategies, including risk mitigations for client dependence, market dynamics, and seasonal impacts, including executing on appropriate diversification opportunities.Developing influential client partnerships, and putting in place robust client relationship management, and effective escalation frameworksFinancial management and achievement of commercial outcomes to allow significant investment and growth in service offeringsAbout You:As a talented people leader with experience in operational contract delivery, ideally in energy generation, you'll also bring:Broad technical experience across projects and service delivery (including project management, mechanical fitters, specialist workshops and quality & controls)Commercially astute with sound financial management of projects, service lines and business unitsPreviously embedded a culture of initiative, innovation and accountability to establish and develop teams to achieve results under changing conditionsPrevious experience of growing a service company with outstanding client development and relationships management experience.Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic planning process and implementation of operational business plansSound working knowledge of QHSE and contemporary business practices, and a passion for keeping your people safe and delivering exceptional results to clients.Ability to make good decisions in a timely manner whilst balancing people, process and performance outcomesIf bringing together diverse teams, creating performance structure and cohesive delivery plans is what you do, please apply online.To enquire contact Catherine on ******.
