ESSEC Asia-Pacific opened its doors in Singapore in 2005. The state-of-the-art campus located in the One-North innovation hub welcomes about 1,000 students and professionals globally each year. The campus offers undergraduate (Global BBA), graduate (Master in Management, Specialized Masters) and Executive Education (Executive MBA, Custom, Open Enrolment) programs. The campus has sustained growth in local talent of faculty, staff, students, and alumni, and serves as the Asia-Pacific regional hub developing and expanding our network of academic and corporate partnerships in and around the region. The Senior/Manager for Business Development is responsible for the successful recruitment of students for executive masters programs. The incumbent works in collaboration with the Academic Director to develop and implement strategies and activities to achieve application volume, diversity and quality of the candidates. The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Post Experience Programs. Responsibilities: Recruit quality applicants for the Executive MBA program Work closely with the Academic Director to nurture leads and the pipeline Represent programs at events such as education fairs, information sessions and coffee chats Consult with prospects on programme suitability Maintain CRM reports on prospects and current students 2. Marketing Design B2C product marketing strategies; conduct lead generation and nurturing activities to convert leads Work with agencies for media campaigns, photoshoots and video productions Conduct market studies, analytics and benchmarking 3. Admissions Oversee application and admission processes Manage scholarship budget and processes Ensure a high level of service quality for applicants This is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and can evolve with time or as assigned by the Reporting Line Manager. Position Requirements: Strong communication and presentation skills Mature disposition and able to hold conversations across different levels of seniority and international environments Demonstrated experience with media strategy and digital marketing (SEM, content, social media) Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) Possess an analytical perspective; able to propose solutions and suggest process improvements Possess a growth mindset and has the agility to react positively to changes Overall digital literacy, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and general cloud software Good to haves: Experience with design (Photoshop / Canva), copywriting B2B experience: to build networks with alumni, local business communities, Chambers of Commerce, professional associations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher education setting Contacts: Internal Stakeholders - Program Directors; Faculty in ESSEC APAC; counterparts in other departments in ESSEC APAC; counterparts in France and Morocco campuses External Stakeholders - Vendors and clients; external organisations and institutions locally and overseas, relevant government agencies and authorities and External faculty Working Environment and Pace: The incumbent needs to be able to work independently in a dynamic work environment. He/She is also expected to work well with different stakeholders and across cultures. Some level of flexibility and agility are required. Occasional overseas business travel is required.
