The Alumni Engagement team supports this mission by reaching out to, and strengthening bonds with, alumni from the University's 350,000 alumni community.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of effective engagement events and initiatives for overseas alumni.Global Alumni EngagementSupport the Chief Alumni Officer and Head, Global Alumni Engagement, in the roll-out the alumni engagement strategy and key events for overseas alumni.Work with overseas alumni groups to ensure their activities align with NUS' and OAR's mission and goals.Develop and organise opportunities for engagement with overseas alumni, in collaboration with internal colleagues.Support the policies and administrative processes that enable overseas alumni engagementDraft speeches for leaders speaking at overseas alumni eventsAny other projects as assigned by management.QualificationsA recognised degree with at least 6 to 10 years of proven track record in leading an alumni engagement or stakeholder engagement team.An experienced professional who is creative, resourceful and good with people.Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
