We now have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Senior Learning Design & Development Consultant to our People & Culture team within Private Banking, Wealth & Insurance (PBW&I) Contributing directly to the team's success is a group of highly specialised HR professionals who are challenging the status quo on delivering to our people. We want you to lead and define the future of how learning is delivered to PBW&I to maximise potential, ensure continuous development and boost overall capability.
What you will do
Working closely with the Senior Manager People & Culture, as well as our centralised learning functions, this role will see you involved in the design and development of learning solutions to support division specific learning interventions such as induction and general workplace skill development.
As a senior member of the team, you will bring your thought leadership in utilising cutting edge and innovative approaches to the full end to end delivery of a broad range of technical and non-technical learning solutions. From initial consultation and needs analysis, design, delivery, to implementation and evaluation, you will ensure all learning interventions have measurable business impacts. At times you will build these solutions yourself, and at other times you may find yourself working with and coaching other learning professionals and subject matter experts to achieve the desired business outcomes.
What you will bring
Essential to success is strong consultancy and relationship management experience specifically within a learning context and instructional design, as well as some experience utilising Agile, HCD or similar approaches. You will have a thorough understanding of the design and application of competency frameworks for learning and your stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration and communication skills will be second to none. You will be comfortable seamlessly moving between building eLearning solutions, as well as the design of instructor-led or blended learning solutions. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the theory and the application of e-learning software applications such as Success Factors, Learning Central, Articulate, Captivate, Sharepoint, etc.
