We're a performance driven boutique fund manager dedicated to unearthing exceptional investment opportunities listed on the ASX/NZX.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior investment analyst to join our small, high-performing team.This is a pivotal (and demanding) role for an individual with a proven track record in fundamental ASX equity research, a passion for investing and the ability to independently generate high-conviction investment recommendations.In return, we offer a competitive package and a significant opportunity for professional growth in a growing firm.The role is based in our Takapuna, Auckland office and involves frequent travel to Australia.Key Responsibilities:Idea Generation & Recommendation: Proactively identify and pitch high-conviction investment ideas.

We value unique perspectives.Portfolio Monitoring & Optimisation: Continuously monitor existing portfolio holdings, updating financial models and investment theses as new information emerges or market conditions change.What We Are Looking For:4+ years of relevant ASX listed stock experience in buy-side or sell-side equity roles with a proven track record of successful ASX investments and value generation.Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality, actionable investment ideas with a strong understanding of what drives stock prices.Deep curiosity and intellectual rigour with a passion for understanding businesses from the ground up.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex investment theses concisely and persuasively.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Strong financial modelling and valuation skills – you can build robust, dynamic models from scratch and possess a strong understanding of various valuation methodologies.Self-starter with a genuine passion for equities, a growth mindset, and the resilience to perform under pressure.CFA Charterholder is highly regarded.Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related quantitative field preferred.To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter to ****** by 11 th July 2025.
