3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsTerra Consultants ('Terra') is a New Zealand-based multidisciplinary consultancy company specializing in Land Development and Subdivision Projects.About the roleTerra Consultants is seeking a talented Senior / Intermediate Civil 3D Modelling Engineer to model a variety of civil construction projects involving earthworks, 3 waters, roads, and services.
This role is based in our Auckland office within the Land Development Team.
You will lead or support engineers, surveyors, planners, and architects to meet project targets and workload goals, growing into a valued team member.Key responsibilities include:Modelling engineering designs using Civil 3D.Leading project compliance with local authority, statutory, and legal requirements, especially health and safety.Undertaking and reviewing calculations for earthworks, pipe flows, and road construction.Liaising with council for resource consents, engineering approvals, and building consents.The successful candidate must be self-motivated, capable, and able to work independently.
Our engineers have a flexible, diverse role.
