With over $6 million in secured projects, we're growing our team and looking for three to four Senior Engineering professionals (Technical Directors – Water & Wastewater, Technical Director – Stormwater, Team Leader- Stormwater and Senior Engineers) who are ready to take ownership of work from day one.

We're seeking practical engineers who:Manage and deliver projects across Freshwater, Wastewater and StormwaterOversee full design and delivery, not just design concepts or modelsCan operate in asset management or design & build environmentsConfidently engage clients, contractors, and regulatory bodiesAdd leadership and mentoring within a multidisciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of 3 Waters infrastructure projectsProvide Technical Leadership for the teamPrepare briefs, estimates, feasibility studies, and contract documentationManage construction phases and deliver to time, budget, and qualityCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor hazards and ensure compliance with H&S practicesCoach and mentor junior engineers—help shape our future talentStay current with relevant codes, standards, and software (e.g.
12D, Civil 3D, hydraulic design tools) What You'll Bring:A tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering15+ years of experience in water infrastructure (minimum), preferably in NZCPEng or near application stagePractical mindset—confident moving from site to boardroomStrong technical design ability in water, wastewater or stormwater systemsExperience in hydraulic design, pump stations, and treatment assets is a bonusLeadership qualities and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingWhy Now?We have a committed pipeline and the opportunity to shape a fit-for-future water network—but we need the right people to help deliver.
