Job Description
You'll be reporting to the Head of Human Resources and Administration. You'll be responsible for providing high quality assistance to management and staff in the areas of project management, employment relations, organisational strategies, policy and procedure improvements
You'll be doing:
Developing, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to align with overall business strategy
Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and processes in the HR department
Monitoring and analysing HR metrics such as staff turnover, HR costs & budgets
Maintaining HR procedures to comply with labour regulations
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Developing and organising staff Training and Development programme
Oversee and manage performance appraisals to ensure high performance standards are met
Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure a productive and positive working environment
Prepare and draft high quality reports in English and preferably Mandarin

Fluency in English and Mandarin - both written and oral preferred
