About the position
The T&G Fresh team bring energy, expertise, passion and determination and are looking for a Senior HR BP to be part of our transformation journey. Reporting to the HR Manager - T&G Fresh you will lead the delivery of T&G's People & Culture plan across the T&G Fresh supply chain working closely with the Chief Operating Officer - T&G Fresh.
This position will lead, influence and collaborate to deliver the following:
Create a high-performance focused culture and work environment
Embedding organisation wide ownership of culture transformation
Leading strategic change projects to improve business performance and embed business change including any integration work related to mergers and acquisitions
Build capability, leadership & talent programmes to deliver the T&G Fresh supply chain strategy
A continuous improvement approach to operational HR innovation and efficiencies
Acting as a champion for T&G's H&S Strategy and initiatives.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
5-8 years of HR experience including generalist consulting, a strong understanding of ER/IR, remuneration, recruitment, performance management and health & safety
Expert knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to be decisive in applying it
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Experienced in managing change and supporting teams in this
Ability to ask the right questions and gather all information required to make decisions
Experience in HR Planning and applying project management disciplines.
