As a Senior Guest Services & Rentals Assistant / Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing superior guest service, inspiring our team, and driving sales of our products and services. Be part of a dynamic environment where your leadership skills and passion for winter sports will shine.In this role, you will lead the Guest Services & Rentals Assistant team, ensuring exceptional service to both guests and staff. You'll be responsible for promoting and upselling our products and services, managing guest complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our Queenstown store.
