About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own and deliver high calibre, on-time, creative content across all of our business units and brands (Global Poker, Chumba Casino, FendOff and more). This is a senior role, working in a collaborative team on a variety of projects and campaigns, where youll need to be comfortable working with a lot of autonomy, able to think on your feet and deliver high quality work.
On a day to day basis, youll be:
Working closely with Creative team to help conceptualise and deliver best in class content across all business brands
Acting as brand champion/guardian for creative content and building relationships across the business
Contributing to marketing campaign ideas, playing a key role in ideation sessions and assisting with roll-outs across formats and platforms
Designing guidelines for all brands, keeping them current and up to date, working closely with the Head of Creative to communicate to the business
Helping in the concept and design of internal/external presentations if required
Demonstrating a strategic approach towards new campaign direction (i.e. coming up with new creative ideas and communicating the ideas to the wider team)
Using data and analytics to drive creative decisions
About You
Were looking for someone with 8+ years experience in Graphic Design with a good understanding of brand and layout. Youll have experience of creating concepts for digital campaigns within an agency or in-house environment and a good knowledge of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, etc. Youre someone who gets stuff done, has fun doing it and is constantly finding ways to improve and learn new things.
Wed also like you to bring:
Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with good skills in Keynote and Presentation design
A background in branding/design/graphics
The ability to take a project from ideation, storyboard through to completion
An eye for detail, and a focus on delivering strong results on time (without being precious about it!)
Experience across all levels of the creative production process
The ability to work at speed in a dynamic environment (hustle!)
An understanding of UX/UI and wireframing would be a bonus
