Senior Functional Specialist

As a Senior Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Oracle EBS expertise to support, maintain and deliver enhancements, across a nationwide Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain solution (FPIM).
In this role you will:
Maintain, support and ensure the quality and integrity of solution
Provide solution expertise and knowledge
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
Coach and mentor team members; Be key point for escalations
Create short term, and input into strategic direction for the lifecycle of the FPIM solution
Develop approved solutions/options from ideas through to reality
Identify, implement and manage continuous improvement areas

To be successful in this role:This role requires someone who is strategic, able to problem solve, has excellent communication, has conflict management experience and is able to plan. You will also have a relevant tertiary qualification.
You will have experience in:
Implementation as a business analyst in relation to ERP Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement based applications
A large complex Oracle EBS environment
Procedural and process design, business analyst and continuous improvement
Change management
Enhancement management and delivery skills
Documentation and/or information mapping

An advantage but not essential is experience working in the health sector, with Oracle EBS R12 ERP and an understanding of technical system architectures and strong facilitation skills.
